It is our sincere desire to provide the best dentistry possible. In order to assess your needs we request a visit to discuss your concerns and evaluate you over-all dental requirements. At that time if you would also like to have a general cleaning we can reserve an appointment with our on-staff hygienist.
Before you arrive:
Please contact the office
either by telephone or email and speak with
one of our receptionists prior to arriving
at the office. At that time we would like
to book an appointment with the doctor for
you. We will require some information regarding
your dental needs and any health concerns
you may have. Our staff is knowledgeable about
dental insurance and can answer most of your
questions regarding insurance billing procedures.
If you would like us to to deal directly with
them it is necessary for us to confirm your
coverage with the insurance company at least
one day prior to your visit. Due to the new
Privacy Act recently passed we will not be
able to speak directly to your insurance company
without your approval.
